Questions

Common questions

Should I shut off the main?

If water is running and you cannot stop it at the fixture, yes. The main is usually where the line enters the basement or crawlspace, or at the meter box near the street. We will talk you through it on the phone.

Will my insurance cover this?

That is your insurer's call. We photograph the failed pipe and the damage and write up what we found so you have it for the claim.
