Hartwell & Quist began with two plumbers who kept getting called back to the same kind of house: a hundred years old, plaster walls, and pipe nobody had looked at since it went in. They decided to be the firm that explains those houses before it opens them.

How we work
- You see the problem: photos, a camera video, or the pipe itself.
- You see the price on paper, and sign before we start.
- If a wall turns up something new, we stop and write up the change first.
- Boot covers, drop cloths, openings patched, debris taken with us.
- Every call answered, day or night.
